This is the second funeral I have used Chaimberlains for as they provide a professional caring service, Gary took care of the family on both occasions and his team of dedicated people made everything run smoothly for us we cannot thank them enough.

Would just like to say a big thank you to Chamberlain funeral directors for doing my dad's funeral at a really difficult time for me and my family they were amazing very professional and very sympathetic and patient kept me informed every step of the way extremely helpful the day itself went really smooth thanks to Chamberlain.

We lost our mom in February 2019 which  devastated us as a family.  Chamberlins was recommended to us by a friend and it was the best decision we ever made. From the very start Gary and Jan talked us through ever step of the way always making sure our wishes were fulfilled.  I can’t praise Chamberlins enough for their compassion and professionalism and would highly recommend.

After losing my mother on the 13th December i was totally daunted by the process of arranging a funeral, As you can imagine i was devastated at the loss of my mom.After visiting Chamberlins i was totally put at ease by Gary and Jan who helped me through the whole process. I was kept informed from start to finish. unfortunately my mother had not taken out life insurance so the cost had to go to myself and my brother i was worried at the time that i couldn't afford a decent send of for my mom,How wrong i was.Gary gave me various options with no hard sell at all and the service was beautiful..Gary the manager is a very caring and respectful man who delivered a very moving and personal dedication to my mother on the day of the funeral.I have rated them 5 stars i only wish i could rate them 20 stars.Many thanks Gary and Jan for all you did for me and my family.

This is the first time I have ever had to arrange a funeral, in the event of ever having to have to do it again I would not hesitate to use chamberlains funeral directors.
I found them to be outstanding in every aspect, professional,compassionate,thorough,helpfull and genuinely really lovely. 
I felt very reassured instantly that chamberlains would make sure everything went smoothly on the day which was a huge reassurance to myself and family at this time.
I also found them to be very competitively priced.

gary and the team at chamberlains provided a first class service to me and my family from start to finish at such a difficult time...nothing was too much trouble..garys time,patience and overall general thoughfulness was second to none. they all took alot of stress and worry from us so we could give our mom the best send off she deserved ..thankyou to gary and all the team...you were truly amazing and i will be recommending chamberlains to others.

We cannot praise Gary and the team at Chamberlains enough for arranging our dad's/husbands funeral.

At a very difficult time nothing was to much trouble, all our wishes was taken into consideration. On the day its self everything was seamless and we felt the perfect send off for our wonderful dad/husband.

At an awful time it brought our family much comfort to know our dad was looked after in such a respectful way. We will be forever grateful to Gary and the team at chamberlains and will highly recommend to all.

Gary the director is a credit to the establihment and goes above and beyond to make the service and day go perfectly.

I work as a grave digger and see lots of funerals daily but chamberlains are by far the best in the walsall borough.

Gary made sure our dads funeral was personal and just as we wanted it. Replying to endless emails, and making our lives just that little bit easier at such a difficult time. 
Gary was supportive and empathetic, and we could not have wished for more for the man we loved so much.

The best service anyone could want.very friendly staff.nothing too much trouble.from the minute we walked through the door we were treated with a very friendy team.gary is a perfectionist.always giving 100 %every detail is used.gary even put nail varnish on my moms nails.combed her hair as we wanted it.mom was made to look as though she was in a peaceful sleep.cant thank gary enough.i will always recommend chamberlains.we used gary in january.my cousin was so impressed with the way gary and the team were.she arranged her fathers funeral with them in march.fantastic first class service.10 out of 10.
