I have used this funeral company 2 times in the past couple of years.   Gary  is amazing, he’s such a compassionate person and he took the time to explain everything to me.  He guided me through the process of organising a funeral from start to finish.  During the actual funeral he quietly ensured  everything went to plan and was so respectful of the situation.   I can honestly say that during my husband’s funeral, Gary was my rock.  There were many options regarding the costs etc which helped me to make informed decisions. Since then Gary has done my aunties funeral and I will always return to him if I ever need his services again. I fully recommend Chamberlains.

A big thank you to the team for their kindness.
The team were extremely professional and empathetic during the whole process which did make a very difficult time easier to deal with.
The staff that attended on the day were immaculately dressed.
Gary officiated the service with such kindness, I've had message from every one that attended to say how lovely it was, Andy got the send off he deserved!!
I would recommend Chamberlains every single time, I don't think there is anyone around to better them.
Once again a great big thank you to the team.

We were recommended Chamberlain’s for our mom’s funeral in October 2022 and Gary and his team were first class from day one.
Unfortunately our father passed away in November 2023 and again without hesitation we requested Chamberlain’s to arrange the funeral with Gary officiating the ceremony.
A very personal, friendly and professional service from a small top class team

I highly recommend this company they were so compassionate, kind and understanding, Gary an sue are such lovely genuine people, mum's funeral was carried out to a highly professional standard, from start to finish an the tribute Gary gave for mum was beautiful, all the family an friends told me how impressed they were how he delivered the whole service.They made a very difficult time a lot easier kept me informed of everything from booking the funeral right through to collecting mums ashes, a very big a sincere thank you to them.

After attending a previous family funeral I had no hesitation in choosing them when my wife passed away recently. The empathy and compassion they showed for me and the family was outstanding. I cannot fault them in any way. Gary and Sue always made us feel at ease during what is a very stressful time for a family.

The service that we received from Gary and Sue at Chamberlain’s was outstanding from first contact and all the way through. They kept me informed at every stage and were so caring, addressing any concerns that I had and putting my mind at rest. On the day of the funeral Gary made sure that everything was done to make the day as easy as possible for the family. Kind, compassionate and caring. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Sue and Gary at Chamberlain Funeral Directors Bloxwich were friendly and respectful and responding to all requests and calls in a professional and timely manner, communicating effectively with each other, me and other family members involved.

Communication and, instruction was clear and respectful on the day of the funeral with all members of the team knowing their role and carrying this out to a very high standard.

The care and compassion we received from Chamberlains was fantastic. We used their services for the funeral of my father, as soon as we was greeted at the door I knew this was the place, you could feel their kind, warm caring energy and nothing was too much to ask for. They made one of the hardest times possible that bit easier and felt so much comfort every step of the way. We received so much positive feedback from relatives and friends on how beautiful everything was on the day, would definitely recommend Chamberlains to anyone.

Gary and the team at Chamberlain’s organised the funeral for my late dad in Jan of this year. They were so kind, respectful and extremely helpful during the process. They listened and paid attention to every detail about my dad’s life, advised and supported me throughout.

A funeral I think is the most traumatic event you will ever attend especially when it’s a parent or a partner but both Sue and Greg at chamberlain’s made it the most special day none of us were particularly religious and didn’t want a religious service in fact we didn’t want anyone outside of the closest of family and friends. Sue took us through all our options and gave us time to ask questions etc and kept everything quite light hearted but professional and allowed us time to share memories with each other. We decided on PURE CREMATION PLUS which was a very informal get together of 10 of us in a small room within the funeral home and Greg led with words one of us had wrote for him and Greg had sourced the most perfect poem and music for us to reflect and shared some beautiful words he allowed us time with our loved one. Afterwards we were led to another room and it was explained that our loved one would go to Cannock chase crematorium the following day and we would get a phone call to collect ashes. We were given drinks (hot & cold) and we were given time to share our memories and stories. We can’t thank Greg & Sue enough for everything they have done for us to have our perfect send off for our beloved. We are all so happy with EVERYTHING chamberlains has done we are all in the process of making arrangements for our own funerals with them.
