Caring and professional service from beginning to end . Nothing was too much trouble Both Gary and Sue are lovely people . I would highly reccomend  Chamberlain’s to anyone planning a service for a loved one .

Gary at chamberlains was the perfect choice for my moms funeral. He took care of everything whilst we were going through such a difficult time. The attention to detail was outstanding  and he was very empathetic and helpful after the loss of my mom. The funeral service was perfect and everyone we spoke to said how personable it was, and a wonderful celebration of my moms life. Gary and sue took so much care in getting all the details right. 
They were also so organised and professional regarding the internment of ashes, and organising the plot at the cemetery. The internment service was really fitting and lovely. Thank you so much Gary & Sue at Chamberlains.

Gary, Sue and the whole team at Chamberlains were so helpful, caring and supportive throughout the whole process and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble, they communicated everything in such a thoughtful and respectful way that made us all feel, as a family that our loved one was in safe hands. The service was beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for a better way to say our final goodbyes. We cannot thank Chamberlains enough for everything they have done during this difficult time.

A big thank you to Chamberlains, in which I mean Gary, Sue and the team as it's a person not a business. A fantastic service that exceeded our expectations to give mom the send off she deserved. We thought it would be difficult to make funeral arrangements when also dealing with our own feelings of grief. However they were available when we needed someone to talk to. The necessities of providing a coffin, hearse, professional guidance, documentation, and collection and care of mom were discussed and options well explained. They respected our wishes keeping us fully informed and incorporated what we wanted. Family carried the coffin and as I am a full time wheelchair user Gary made sure the service and arrangements were accessible to meet my needs. We did not want the discussion to be about cost and Gary made sure our decisions were both affordable and dignified. We only paid for what we wanted with third party fees identified separately.
With Chamberlains doing all the formalities the whole experience left us with beautiful lasting memories of mom.

My uncles wish was when he passed that he wanted chamberlains to do his funeral the same as my mom's, his sister. Gary did this and more. 3 times we have used chamberlains due to how personal and easy Gary makes the whole process from start to finish.

We cannot express our heartfelt thanks enough to Gary, Sue and the team for the wonderful service provided following the recent loss of our much loved Husband, Dad and Grandad. From initial contact and throughout we were shown such kindness, care and compassion in a respectful and professional manner. Our wishes were followed and carried out with the utmost care and attention. At this truly heartbreaking time Gary and Sue supported us every step of the way.
Following the funeral service we have received so many positive lovely comments about Gary from family and friends. Gary truly gave my husband a send off we could all be proud of. 
We would have no hesitation in recommending Chamberlains to anyone who requires their services.

Gary / sue & team at chamberlain's funerals are so lovely & helpful at such a sad time they make everything so easy to arrange a funeral.
This is the second time of using chamberlain's as two years ago they did my farther in laws & this year they did my wife's!
My wife's wish was to have white horses but didn't say about the carriage.
So I asked Gary if I could have white horses & a black carriage.
He replied we have not had that combination before so when the day came they were taking photos of the horses & carriage so we're we!it looked so amazing with the horses & the black & white feathers on their heads .
Gary does a beautiful service as we asked him to conduct the whole thing as we were not full church people.
From the moment they come to collect my wife on the day she died till the time they dropped us off at the wake was so professional.
Even to the point they rang me a week later to say Lloyds had paid the bill twice & without them being so honest I may not have known as sorting my wifs estate out at time was so stressful for me so thank you chamberlain's for being so honest & for doing my farther in law & my wife so proud!
Ps. Hope i don't meet again for a few years but we will be back when needed.

Gary and Sue were so respectful throughout and made it easier for us knowing my wife, our Mum was in their caring hands on her final journey.

We couldn’t have asked for a more professional establishment than Chamberlains; during a time of grief you need someone genuinely kind to get you through the organisation of funerals & that’s exactly what we had with Sue & Gary.  No request was too much trouble and as a small firm you get the best.  My Dad would have been so pleased with everything, & we even managed to have a little chuckle in the office, sharing memories.  Thank you both so much xx

We would like to thank Gary and the Chamberlains team for helping us through one of the most difficult periods of our lives. From the first meeting with Gary it was clear we had made the right decision to help us through this difficult process. He was very supportive and understanding at such a horrible time, and the support continued through to, and after the day of the funeral. The service was all we could have wished for and we know John would have been happy with the send off we gave him. The team were always on hand and nothing was too much trouble, which is always what you need at these times.

I have never known a company or person that shown such concern. Chamberlain's, and especially Gary delivered from day one. From meeting our father on the initial visit, who told me after the meeting, " I like that man ", to the concluding end. Chamberlain's looked after every step of a difficult event. Myself and my sister cannot praise this company, and everyone who works for them enough. Totally professional, and generally caring.

My family have used Chamblins funeral directors for a number of years. The staff Gary and sue are excellent. I listen to your needs with empathy nothing is too much trouble for them. If you’re struggling they assist you anyway they can. Unfortunately, I’ve had to use other funeral directors which I wasn’t happy with. I would recommend anyone to use Chamberlain’s  in bloxwich they are superb. For all our services they have gone above and beyond. They are lovely people.

Gary and Sue where superb. From using the funeral directors for a previous funeral I knew that this was where my mom would be going 💔.
Nothing was ever too much for these guys. The care of my mom was spectacular and the service (which Gary officiated) was outstanding. I couldn't have asked for anything else for my mom.

I cannot recommend Chamberlains highly enough for the care and professionalism with which they organised the funeral of my father. From the moment I got in touch, Gary was kind and considerate and listened intently to the way that we wanted the funeral to be.

From the empathy shown for my mother by coming out to her house to discuss the ceremony details, to every aspect of the actual day, we could not have asked for a more understanding approach.

Always prompt in answering any queries, I would recommend their service to anyone who has sadly lost a loved one.

From the moment mom passed to the moment we laid her to rest, Chamberlains were respectful, empathetic, supportive and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure that mom, her family and friends were treated with ultimate respect, which is so important at one of the most difficult times in your life, losing a loved one. Gary did a beautiful job as our celebrant, bringing kindness and compassion all the way through the day and throughout the service. We can't thank Chamberlains enough for making what is already an incredibly difficult thing to go through, an easy, supported and respectful journey.
