From first contact Taylor’s were excellent and made the whole process simple. This was even more impressive given the changing regulations around funerals at the time and that the funeral was held around 200 miles away.

From when I first spoke to Sam from Taylor’s I knew that I wanted to leave my dad in their hands. They were so helpful and kind all the way through, as my dad passed away from COVID-19 it was a very stressful and disturbing time. They kept me informed all the way of what was going to be happening and the steps we had to take. Sam even came to us to sign paperwork so that we didn’t have to go out in lockdown. We were devastated at not being able to see dad at the funeral home or dress him in his own clothes but Sam handled it so well and explained the reasoning behind everything because of these unprecedented And challenging times. Sam arranged for us to see dad in a closed coffin in a lovely calm and serine room and spend as much time as we wanted there with him, it was such a comfort, Jane looked after us so well. Samantha-the celebrant was so lovely, we talked through everything that the family wanted on the day of the funeral, even up until the last minute. They looked after dad so well. They assured us that we could call at any time for anything, big or small, concerning the arrangements or even just for a chat, which was so comforting. They kept dads ashes for two months, until I felt able to go and collect them, Jane looked after us when we got there, so kind and helpful. A wonderful team of people who know what they are doing and offer support, kindness and empathy.
