This is what Co-op Funeralcare offer as part of their Simple Funeral:

They will remove your loved one from their place of death into their care within a 50 mile radius
If death occurs out of normal working hours, at home or in a care home, they will remove your loved one into their care, out of hours, at no extra cost
They will prepare, care for and dress your loved one in a gown to match the interior of their Basic Coffin
Your loved one will rest in their mortuary facility, or if required, a private rest room in their funeral home
You’ll be able to visit your loved one during normal working hours at no additional charge
They will transport your loved one from the funeral home to the crematorium or burial site in a ceremonial vehicle of their choice
On the day of the funeral, a wheeled bier will be used or the family can bear the coffin
They will make all necessary arrangements for a dignified funeral
Your funeral director will be there at the funeral to support and guide you through the funeral

The service provided was excellent. Jamie and his colleagues helped every step of the way from arranging the funeral to carrying it out on the day. This left us as a family with no stress and everyone was lovely and could not do enough for us.

Not the easiest thing to Review. However, the care, understanding and attention myself and family received during one of the most difficult times in our life will never be forgotten. Lynsey, Craig and the Team at Livingston were always there for us and made my Dad's final journey special. Not sure I can put into words our gratitude and thanks. You all contributed - especially Lynsey - guiding us to get things just right for Dad. Very special people who do a very difficult job. Thank you for being there every step of the way.

There was a BIG mistake at the crematorium, his 3 sons ,a grandson and 2 nephews were supposed to be pall bearers & were never called to come forward. It was so very hurtful as it was their last farewell to their Dad.
I don't think I will ever forget it & how very angry I am about it.
