The funeral service manager, Andy Jackson, has done my late husband proud. He provided an absolutely dignified and empathetic service. I don't think anyone else could have done the perfect job that he provided. The professionalism he showed throughout the service was a credit to your company. I cant sing his praises high enough. I know that it was a difficult day for all but Andy helped with how natural he dealt with the emotions of the day.
Thanks again Andy, a real gentleman and a worthy employee.

From the start to the end of my Husbands funeral, everything was handled with great care, sensitivity and professionalism. We could call Andy and the team any time for advice and guidance. Nothing was to much trouble. I would definitely recommend the Co-op funeral. Thank you for everything.

Service throughout was excellent.  Telephoned several times about things and they always very helpful.  The Celebrant, Sharon Oldham was also first class.  We have always used the Co-op in Nuneaton and Coventry.

The staff were very professional and helpful and Andy talked me through every step of the arrangements.
The only thing that upset us was the amount of time between my dad's passing and the cremation, which I understand is not the funeral directors fault.

Loosing my mum was the most devastating time of my life.But using the Co operative funeral care was by far the best decisions me and my dad made.They just could not do enough for us . Andy Jackson the manager was so thoughtful kind and caring and made sure that everything went smoothly that day.Just want to say a massive thankyou because without all of there support I don't think that me and my dad would have got through the day

Not living in Nuneaton meant that the process of dealing with my brother's funeral was primarily through emails and phone calls. From the initial call we were put at ease and reassured that the day would pass exactly as they described. Prior to the service we were called to finalise the running order which meant that there was nothing unexpected to spoil the day. Throughout, we thought that the service was professionally conducted and we commend them for their service.
