The wreath which was ordered was not on the coffin and arrived late. The Hurst which should have come to the house first as agreed went straight to the crematorium. There was no charity donation box provided as agreed. Benn the celebrant however was excellent

The service we received was poor. I would not use or advise anyone to use Co-op funeral services in the future.

The office quite frankly was scruffy, not a welcoming or calm environment. The process I felt was rushed and slightly disorganised. I had spoken to someone on the phone previous to my visit, but some of the information discussed had not been recorded. The representative, although she was nice, seemed stressed as was in the office on her own. She could also have at least ironed her blouse. I had no contact or update in between the date I visited the office until the day before the funeral, which was approx 2.5 weeks. A quick courtesy call would have been reassuring. The Celebrant however was very good, Martin. I would not use again.

We found them to be very helpful and always willing to answer any questions we had, both Tracey and Michaela were excellent. On the day of the funeral everything was well organised and the staff were all very kind and thoughtful. A first class service all round, thank you.

Firstly, thank you all so much for your compassion and kindness at such a distressing time.
Michela, Tracy and Stephanie were wonderful and looked after my husband, Brian, so well and allowed me the one final chance to say goodbye to him in the way we both wanted.
Martin Richards, the Celebrant, whilst obviously conducting many Cremations made it seem like Brian's was his first service and especially for him and our family.
Finally, Sarah who did the flowers for me provided exactly what I requested - 3 simple long stemmed red roses which again, was precisely how we'd discussed our last goodbye.
So - very many heartfelt thanks to you all - I would not hesitate to recommend your services.

Michaela and Tracey were so comforting and made the whole process manageable in this difficult time  Stephanie was brilliant on the day as was the Rev Steve Cochrane . I would recommend using the Co op funeral care team for your loved one ☝️

I found the staff helpful, especially important as I was arranging this from a distance.The funeral director on the day was beautifully turned out,the car arrived on time,and the coffin and flowers were as ordered.
The music requested was available,and the member of crematorium staff showed me as celebrant where to stand and what to do.This was useful as although I have given eulogies before,and done mock funerals when qualifying I hadn't actually led an entire one,with the added pressure of wanting to do my brother justice.They also complied with a couple of more unusual requests,including my brother being dressed in his stage outfit,and handing out and collecting wildflower seed bombs,to be scattered with my brother's ashes.Cant fault them,and at no time was I pressured into buying the more expensive options.

Tracey and Michela in the office and Stephanie the funeral director were exceptional. I could not have wished for better service, they were all professional, courteous and genuinely warm and compassionate. I highly recommend Sunbury funeral care and in particular Stephanie to officiate the day.

Just wanted you to know in 2021 my father died , he had a f Funeral plan with the co-op, Tracy help me at this sad time , Then in 2022 my husband died suddenly, as you can imagine it was very distressing, again Tracy and Peter were very compassionate and helpful at this sad time, Tracy is a very caring person also professional, we also would like to thank Sunbury branch,
