It simply could not have been a better experience. The Coop personnel were helpful, accommodating of every wish, and they were exemplary on the day. So many guests remarked on how smoothly it went especially since we had a number of particular requests of the crematorium. Thank you all for making it just a little easier.

We recently said goodbye to our Mum and the care and support we received from the team has been second to none. From that first horrendous phone call to the day after the funeral when Joyce our Funeral Director called me to see how we were, the team went above and beyond our expectations.
No-one wants to think about having to use the services of a Funeral Director, but if you find yourself in the sad situation of having to do so, then your loved one, you and the rest of your family will be in extremely caring and safe hands.

They  explained how it all worked  the different prices and what you got for them prices. They give you all the  time that was needed,  were very caring, helpful and above all they looked and cared for my late husband while in there place. From start to finish the entire staff at Guildford Funeralcare were respectful and compassionate. There was never any “up selling” . Our whole family felt listened to and our questions were answered promptly. At such a difficult time, we were comforted by the fact that we were under the guidance of such a professional team and that our father was in good hands. 
Franca is lovely and Lynne gave a beautiful service. Stuart was very respectful. 
All in all they are all kind.

We had arranged to follow my main the crematorium only when we turned up no pallbearers someone was wheeled in on a trolley we where not at all happy,
No one got in contact to tell us about this ☹️ We could’ve made arrangements and found some pallbearers ourselves 😢

We were very impressed with the thoroughly professional and dignified way Guildford Funeralcare organised our mother's cremation. Right from the start, when there was some initial difficulty locating the original funeral bond, and all the way through the process, everything was handled smoothly and the actual service was a lovely way to say goodbye to Mum.
