From the moment we entered the office to discuss my mum’s funeral we were taken care of in the most professional yet friendly manner. We never felt rushed, and everything was explained and dealt with in such a way as we felt very comfortable. Kirsty especially was kindness itself, with the whole team making what could be a very stressful time much less so. The funeral itself went so smoothly and ran perfectly with many compliments given afterwards.  Thank you all.

I felt on the whole, Beccles Funeral care did a very good and professional service; especially at the funeral. I am afraid I am a traditionalist and do not like extras that are offered and find it irritating at a distressing time. I also felt more staff could have been available to answer my concerns when I phoned at times.
