Helen MacDonald 2nd Oct 2023
The service we received from start to finish was superb. Julie, our funeral arranger, was so easy to chat to and put us at ease right from the very first meeting. She remained respectful at all times, while still sharing a laugh with us and was genuinely interested in hearing about Iain and his life. Her attention to detail and caring nature made a really difficult and emotional time so much easier to get through. Without her guidance and support we would have been lost. Fiona, our funeral director was also lovely and thanks to her everything ran smoothly on the day of the funeral
