I can not speak highly enough of the service from Ruth Teal at The Bridge of Allan Co Op funeral care.
From the moment I stepped over the door step to the end of the process I had top service.
The attention to detail & the extra care given to me & my dead mother were fabulous. Hand tied tartan bows on the cords, the funeral directors wearing mauve ties, my mother’s favourite colour. 
The help in selecting a celebrant , who was so gifted & captured my mothers life story to a tee. 
The simple idea from Ruth if placing a photo of my Mum in the window, people stop & came in to ask is that …
I can’t thank Ruth & Fiona enough .

I was thankful for the ease of arranging a direct Cremation for my mother. Ruth Teal went the extra mile to make it convenient for me to meet and sign the forms needed. She assured me that even though it was a Direct Cremation and therefore no service etc that it would receive the same dignity and respect shown to all funerals. The Bridge of Allan Coop Funeral office has now handled my father and mother cremations.

The funeral and pre funeral arrangements were fine but contacting Coop post funeral to collect ashes, pay balance impossible neither Stirling nor BofA answered their phones !!! Still awaiting a call back.
