At a time when you need help, advice,guidance and compassion, Murray's stepped up!! They will let you do as much or as little as you can do, you have to obviously work with them but if they see or can tell that you're struggling, they are there for you with help, compassion and understanding. I cannot fault any of the staff who helped me during a sometimes impossible period.

Well there are enough words for this funeral Services from the first point of call they put you at ease, very informative and the empathy is 5*

The whole team are amazing nothing too small and communication is impeccable. 

Can not recommend this  highly enough but certainly would totally recommend. 

Personally I was in another country and all sorted thoroughly before arrived from letters to travel and in this day and age Covid tests the team went above and. Beyond

Everybody with whom I had contact were very helpful and remained sensitive throughout. Nothing was to much trouble and our requirements were accommodated without any fuss or bother. On the day the services at the church and the crematorium were supervised discreetly and with tact. Not the easiest thing to achieve under the restrictions of the Covid regulations.

The whole process from the initial contact to the service on the day, including the after care service was faultless.
We were cared for and guided through the organising and planning of the service. Nothing seemed too much trouble, Joan and Megan kept in touch and communicated regularly to make sure verything was perfect on the day of the funeral. On the day, Barry guided us all the way through and made it bearable on a very, very emotional day.
The service itself was absolutely perfect and was a fantastic way to honour our beloved Father. Although never nice thing to have to plan, but Murrays made the process a whole lot easier than we could ever have imagined.

An exceptionally busy team led by Sue Barke organised our Mum’s funeral recently. Inevitably arrangements were made using Zoom, phone and email, but in spite of this it felt like a very personal service. Sue seemed to be on hand 24/7, and had a kind, empathetic approach, but was also very practical. I would definitely recommend this company.

A very compassionate team that work together effectively to make planning a funeral the best experience it can be. Every communication is handled with empathy. Nothing is too much trouble and great attention is given to detail. At a time when tensions amongst family can be running high Danny handles situations with skill and understanding. On the day of the funeral I was extremely pleased to see the coffin being carried by coffin bearers rather than it being wheeled in on an industrial looking trolley.
