Wonderful service from Candice and Joanne at Penistone. They instantly took care of me and my sister and supported us through this difficult time. The funeral was absolutely beautiful and all went well. I put that down to the great organisation of the branch. We can't thank Penistone enough for making sure our mum had the send off she deserved.

Joanne in the Penistone office was so kind to me when I got a bit upset on picking up his ashes. I was very happy with all aspects of your company, you made a difficult time a little bit easier. Absolutely brilliant.
From the start to final Farewell they were marvellous. Kind, respectful, supportive & understanding. Nothing was too much trouble, everything was clearly explained especially arrangements & all paperwork that is required at a difficult time. On the day Ron was a gentleman & his team treated myself, my family & friends with kindness & friendship. I trusted them. The staff: Ash, Rose, Joanne & Penistone ladies were my rock throughout my loss. I cannot express my gratitude during these last weeks. Thank you. Marvellous.

Joanne and Candice made what was a very difficult time much easier. They were kind, helpful, helped us stick to mum's wishes without trying to pressure us into anything she didn't want, and put us in touch with a wonderful Celebrant, Heather. They guided me through, when I hadn't a clue what I needed to do and were so kind, letting me chat about mum and didn't rush me. They're a wonderful team.

Local staff were very supportive and considerate. They kept in touch during what was not an easy time because of Christmas and Covid. Hearing that kind knitters in Penistone had knitted hearts that could be left with mum prior to the cremation was a lovely and much appreciated touch. It made a direct cremation more personal. Thanks to all concerned
