The funeral went exactly to plan. Couldn’t have asked for more.

First got date on order of service wrong.
Day on coffin lid said 17th when it was on 16th.
Asked for hand prints never got it.
So a little disappointed.

All were efficient, supportive and kind. My uncle was treated with dignity and respect which was very important. They took the pressure away at this difficult time and their guidance was invaluable.

Claire, our funeral director was amazing from the first visit to afterwards Claire was very professional but also respectful, sincere, considerate and compassionate.  She brought so much comfort to our family over the past few weeks and we can’t thank her enough. Other  staff were wonderful too, the respect shown from them to our mum meant so much to us.
