On top of the tremendous grief that comes with the loss of a mother, handling the final arrangements can be a tremendous weight. However due to assistance from Pamela and her staff at COOP funeral care Lesmahagow , that weight was much easier to bear. I first called Pamela the day after my mother passed and everything down to the last detail was dealt with in a friendly and professional manner. Pamela took care of everything I needed in an extremely timely manner. I cannot say enough to thank her and her staff, and to recommend her to others.

The process was made so much easier than we thought possible at such a difficult time. 
From the 1st meeting with Andy, until the funeral itself with driver Paul, we were treated with so much care and compassion.
Special mention to Pamela, who was always at the end of the phone with support, if I needed any help and advice.
