Your service from first contact to the funeral and after was excellent and always respectful of my mum whose funeral it was. I would like to share my heart felt thanks to Richard, Claire and the Celebrant Antonia. They have helped us through such a sad and difficult time, not only once, but twice within the year, after the passing of my father only 8 months ago. Richard and his team on the day of the funeral were very professional, but also friendly and easy to communicate with and great with their guidance. We were very pleased with the service we received from the Wakely's team, we were regularly kept up to date with the progress of the arrangements, they were always very helpful regarding last minute alterations to the order of service and everyone we've spoken to since said what a lovely and very personal service it was .

Having to arrange my sister-in-laws funeral while my husband, Haydon, her brother, was hospitalised, was a daunting task!  But AJ Wakely made the whole process as easy and seamless as possible.  Everyone who attended said it was a respectful and meaningful ceremony.  Antonia, the celebrant, chosen for us by AJ Wakely, was able to add her own memories of Val and the floral tribute which, again I had to leave to them, was beautiful.

My wife and I visited the Wincanton branch of A. J Wakely & Sons Ltd after the passing of my father. On arrival, we were greeted by Claire, who immediately put us at ease. Richard then guided us through every step, with kindness and sensitivity, ensuring that every detail was handled with care. Their attention to detail, patience and understanding were truly remarkable. On the day of the Funeral, Ross and his team were excellent and a big thank you must go to our Celebrant Antonia, who conducted the service with the utmost dignity and respect, providing a beautiful and fitting farewell to my dad. I am deeply grateful, as is my family for their outstanding service. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of compassionate and professional care. Thank you for making a tough time more manageable.
