Lorraine,Christine, Kelly and her team made my brothers funeral arrangements as painless as could be. Everything was done with empathy and understanding. Lorraine was very accommodating regarding being able to say our farewell on Mothering Sunday.

I can,t find the right words to say how pleased myself and my family were that we chose Pitmans Funeral Care. From the very first meeting with Lorraine everything was handled with so much care and advice, but still being arranged around what we wanted. Nothing was to much trouble, the whole team were there to answer our many queries, either by phone or email. The Celebrant Pitmans arranged for us , Christine Ford, spent many hours with me arranging the order of service/celebration. She was born to do this job, she was brilliant. Everything to do with the funeral was arranged perfectly and compassionately, thanks to all the people involved. Christine was a delight and really captured the essence of Ray, she is a lovely caring person and both Jen and I really appreciated her hard work and professionalism. Kelly was also very supportive, nothing was too much trouble and she was friendly and approachable and professional at the same time even managing to get my niece reunited with her bag.

All in all you made a perfect team and you made a difficult occasion a lot easier for us, so we could give Ray a lovely send off.

Hopefully I won't have to arrange another funeral down there in Weston, but if I did, I would definitely come back to you.

If they is such a thing as a good funeral this was myself and the whole family were treated with the upmost respect everyone was professional every request was granted nothing was too much trouble I wouldn't hesitate to recommend pitman's to anyone but not too soon they done a fabulous job

We were very pleased with all the arrangements at a very difficult time,.the ladies who came to collect my husband from Albert House were extremely kind and sensitive  . When arranging the funeral Lorraine was very kind and calm  and patient with us.I appreciated the funeral director phoning before the funeral and on the day everything went smoothly. I also appreciated the phone calls from the Co op legal department and the Beravement service . I would certainly recommend Pitmans Funeral Care.
