Prepaid funeral plan. All worked pretty well. No problems. All very professional and respectful. Slightly disappointed with the celebrant pulling us off track from what we wanted. Our eulogy was cut right back to allow her to add extra readings that we didn’t necessarily want. She kind of made it her own. I felt the need to apologise to some of the mourners afterwards, as some of it wasn’t right. I’m not sure who was in control of the music either, it totally blasted everyone out of their seats. Inappropriately loud for the occasion.
