Simon, thank you for handling everything so smoothly and professionally for the second time in 2 years - firstly for Mum and now for Dad. Your caring manner and close liaison with the church made a difficult time so much easier to cope with. Many people commented on how spectacularly beautiful the flowers were on Dad’s coffin. Everyone involved was so helpful during this very emotional time. James and Simon dealt with the whole process so efficiently that we found time and energy to appreciate the onset of spring. Rebecca, in the Langport office, was also very understanding in dealing with our queries. Crescent Funerals provided a first class service in reducing the stress in our loss and all the family and friends who attended the cremation were very grateful for the respect and care given to us but especially to my mother.
