I found Perry and Phillips, very friendly. They helped me from start to finish and kept me informed all the way. As I live in Norfolk and my mothers cremation was at Shropshire this would have been very stressful, but Perry and Phillips made it easy. They were also very happy to scatter my mothers ashes for me, Chris knew my mother and said it would be an honour to do this, which put my mind at rest. They also contacted a florist for me in the area, to arrange flowers.

The service provided by the good folks at Perry& Phillips was absolutely top drawer,they really helped to take the sting out of a truely terrible situation,I felt like they took my hand and walked me and my family through the entire process and catered for our needs with the perfect amount of sympathy, a generous amount of "human touch" but also remained totally professional throughout,for obvious reasons you hope not to need a funeral directors very often but I simply cannot speak highly enough of the team at Perry&Phillips.
