For reference my name is Linda Huggan not Marjorie. Thankfully this is not a huge deal for me but it is disappointing that my name has been quoted incorrectly a few times.
The car arrived 10 minutes late to pick us up and given the weather that day it was not ideal.
Overall the service we received was very good and as a family we felt everything went as we would have wished . Just a few small things as stated which meant I could not say the service was excellent

From start to finish the funeral arrangements were conducted with great empathy and professionalism. All our wishes were carried out quickly and efficiently. Susan explained each step carefully and always asked if we had any questions. On the day of the funeral Daniel and his team were exceptional, they wore bright ties and even stopped the hearse outside the RNLI station. Myself and family know John would have been extremely pleased with his send off. Thank you.

Very professional and supportive. Shaun was very empathetic both when he came to collect my husband and also in the day of the funeral.
Susan and Laura were both very professional too
Florist was however disappointing as very few flower heads for  both the post and spray arrangements. Very poor value for money.
