The Funeral Service provided by Co-op was tailor made for our requirements from start to finish. Ellen kept in touch with us all the way through and was able to accommodate our needs efficiently and with great attention to detail.

From the start to the finish everything was a I asked for. It ran smoothly and professionally but with the undercurrent of quiet and understated as I requested. To say a funeral and burial was lovely is a silly thing to say really, but it was just that. A lovely, beautiful send off for which I thank you all so much from the bottom of my heart ♥️

Ellen and the team were fantastic. They helped us deal with the funeral arrangements with sympathy and professionalism. The day went without a hitch and allowed us to grieve without worrying about arrangements. Ellen checked in every week to see if there was anything she could help with and how we were all doing which we all appreciated.

Co-op Funeral Care, Keyworth handled my mother’s funeral and were superb from start to finish. Ellen in the office when arranging the funeral was so helpful, kind and sensitive and kept in touch weekly to keep me informed but without being intrusive. On the day of the funeral, Helen, the chief mourner, ensured everything went smoothly and again was very professional but also very sensitive and caring. I couldn’t fault anything with their service and they couldn’t do enough for us. Excellent and professional throughout.
