From the initial phone call, through the planning of the funeral, the funeral service and to the scattering of the ashes, the guidance, support and advice we received was excellent. This ensured we were able to arrange the funeral that was tailored to our needs and perfect for us.
Nothing was too much trouble. The staff were sensitive and courteous, there to attend to our every need, but also aware of when to stand back and give us the space we needed.
I cannot thank them enough for all they did to make such a difficult time easier to bear.

Just want to thank A. W. Lymn especially Jackie for the outstanding work she did for My Family. It was so easy to talk to her and make my Mum's funeral a moment I won't forget. 
Mum is laid to rest finally thanks to Barbara for going that extra mile for Me. Most appreciated.

Excellent service every thing ran very smoothly .  All staff very helpful and friendly .
The music CD's and photograph were collected after the service and I did not have to worry about anything .   The staff helped in every way they could to make a difficult day run smoothly

A W Lymn carried out my mother's personal wishes for her funeral with great sensitivity, professionalism, kindness and care. They spent considerable time with her before she died, planning and recording exactly what she would like as and when the time came.
They made what is obviously a very difficult time for all the family much easier and less stressful by their attention to detail, thought and patience, which was always combined with a quiet and reassuring efficiency.
Every member of staff displayed the same thoughtful, kind, professional approach whenever we had dealings with them, and we thank them all.
I would not hesitate to recommend the services of this family-owned and run firm.

From going into Lymns and organising a pre-payment funeral with them for my mother in August 2015 to the date of her funeral on 9 March 2017. The whole experience and process was made so much easier for choosing Lymns. They were very professional and courteous throughout the process, making sure every little fine details was taken care of. Everyone who was there on the day said how beautiful it was prepared by Lymns,  down to the Order of Service and the Rememberance cards. They made sure that the orange roses for my mum's coffin were the exact colour I wanted. Thank you to all the team involved with looking after my mother and her funeral.

I cannot compliment or thank Julia and the rest of the Lymn's team enough. My mum's funeral was handled professionally and sympathetically from start to finish. Their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate any changes/additions we wanted to make, sometimes at very short notice, was superb and contributed to a very special and memorable day for all the family. I would also like to thank Andy Bruce for conducting such a lovely service, his touching tribute captured the essence of my mum perfectly.
