The staff at the place were professional, they were understanding and helpful.
However the companies charging for viewing the body in the chapel of rest I don't agree with, wanting £200 just to say goodbye which I know alot of other companies don't charge for. Also was upsetting for my grandmother's sister coming out of the service to see her flowers she had brought were missing and still at branch, good job she came or we would of been no wiser of missing flowers, staff soon rectified it but it shouldn't of happened.

Thank you so much to Joanna. We have really appreciated all the support and communication both locally and in Australia. Sue, myself and family are very grateful for accommodating us with the personal touches. It meant so much and helped to comfort us at this sad time.

For many years my family have always used Lymns to arrange their funerals.
My mum's funeral was conducted with dignity and compassion. Everything was done in a professional, calm and caring manner, despite the challenging times we are all going through.
Also cannot thank Joanna Widdowson at the Clifton branch for everything she did to make sure our mum's wishes were carried out.
Sincere thanks to everyone who helped me and my family say goodbye to our dear mum.

I cannot say enough good things about A.W. Lymn Clifton. My aunt passed away in February, and we had to plan her funeral long distance since we live in Canada. Joanna at the office in Clifton was nothing short of incredible in her work on our behalf, walking me through what needed to be done, and how to do it. When our trip to England to attend the funeral had to be cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, she was so supportive and went above and beyond the call of duty. Her thoughtfulness, encouragement and commitment to making sure that my aunt was given the best 'goodbye' meant so much to us. Diane, who officiated at the funeral was wonderful, and delivered a truly special service. We are so grateful to A.W. Lymn Clifton for being there for our aunt when we couldn't. Thank you!

They is no words when you had to say bye to your wife and best mum for your children. Joanna help my family a lot to put everything together. And that was no easy She had to deal with people which English is no first language and she did very well with professionalism and attention to detail.
