A W Lymn at Clifton were marvellous in their support and organisation of my Father's recent funeral arrangements and they made the whole process from initial enquiry to finally collecting his ashes a comforting and stress-free experience. Jane, in the Clifton branch, and Jackie, who led the funeral cortege, were genuinely lovely and caring; it was a pleasure to know that, under their guidance and organisation, everything would go seamlessly and it certainly did. During a clearly distressing time for any family they are wonderfully supportive and provided an outstanding service. I can recommend A W Lymn in the strongest possible terms. One always hopes one doesn't need a service like theirs but, when you do, they are a superb company to help you make the necessary arrangements. I cannot thank them highly enough and I can honestly recommend them as an excellent firm, well deserving of their 5-start rating. Many thanks to all concerned at A W Lymn.

From start to finish the service provided by Lymn's was outstanding. I would like to praise Jane at the Clifton office for her empathy, support and professionalism in helping the family through this difficult time. Nothing was too much trouble and all the family felt at ease to deal with arrangements. 
On the day of the funeral Jane and the drivers all showed respect and reverence to the occasion but also kindness, humour and empathy supporting the family in a way that was fitting to the circumstances of the deceased.
An outstanding service, thank you.

A W Lymn helped to sort out my mum's funeral 6 months prior as well and I can honestly say that they always give a personal touch to everything and make sure that you are cared for and as much of your wishes are carried out. Unfortunately we couldn't arrange the 6 virgins to carry my dad into the crematorium like he wanted but he would have been very proud of the way we said our goodbyes. I can't thank Joanne and Jane enough for everything they did for both my mum and dad in such a short period of time between their departures.

I cannot thank Joanna and Richard at Lymns Clifton Nottingham enough for the support and service they delivered to give our mum an excellent, perfect send off. ❤️
This was a very difficult time for us and sadly a whole new experience for the family yet they guided us through it with ease and plenty of patience 🙏
Nothing was too much for them to do or sort out and kept an open line of communication throughout.
They did our mum/grandma/sister/friend proud and I will be telling everyone who listens this too.
Keep doing what you are doing because you are a strength of support and comfort in a yet sad and distressing time of a family who has just lost a loved one.

Lymns looked after us perfectly both before, during and after the funeral. They really made a difference to what was a very sad and stressful time for me and made me feel really cared for and supported. I would highly recommend them.

I cannot find fault with the services supplied by Lymn,s Good advice was always to hand. I am sorry to say that there were some problems but this was the result of a disruptive family member. The matter was smoothly dealt with . Thank you very much Joanna. I would not hesitate to recommend Lymn's services.

Whilst l was really pleased with the funeral itself l was unhappy with the invoice. It had increased by £450 with no explanation. I had to ring and find out why . A mistake had been made and I was expected to accept it . I call that poor customer service.

We were welcomed by Joanna who made the process for choosing the funeral that was relative to our mother, Joanna was vey thoughtful and helpful, there was nothing that we had to deal with.

We would recommend A W Lymn Funeral Directors as a highly efficient firm who care about every detail of the funeral. They made suggestions which were things that we hadn't thought about and if you could ever say that a funeral was a lovely event, the funeral for our daughter was certainly it. Joanna, who made the arrangements for us, was extremely attentive and we couldn't have asked for anything better to say goodbye to our beloved daughter. Thank you.
