From the first meeting to sort out the arrangements we were treated with compassion. The order of service was perfect better than we had hoped for. Andrew vicar of St Mary's Bulwell the vicar organised was excellent. The funeral was conducted with dignity, care & compassion.

Kim Nichols was brilliant and so understanding and her team was very caring. When we came to see mum in the chapel of rest the room was so lovely and very clean. The cars were clean and the staff richard and Neville was very caring and polite. We would recommend a w lymn funeral directors to assist in future funerals thank you the moore family.

Compassionate and professional throughout, Tina inparticular, nothing was too much to ask she is a lovely warm and welcoming lady, I doubt my nanas day would have been as beautiful as it was or ran as smoothly as it did without her and the lymns team. Everything was explained, every little detail was covered, and I without a doubt will be happy to recommend lymns for anyone experiencing these hard times, they made it that little bit easier. We were and still are devastated at the loss of our fabulous mother. We contacted Lymns bulwell branch and arrange the funeral with help from Kim Nichols. She was absolutely brilliant. So professional, helpful and extremely sympathetic always, whether face to face or on the telephone. On the day of the funeral, the whole day was dealt with in a professional and extremely courteous manner throughout.
