I dealt with Donna at the Beeston branch. She was professional and sensitive to my requirements and guided me through the necessary paperwork.
She put me in touch with a nonreligeous celebrant who conducted the service with dignity and respect.
On the day of my mother's funeral the hearse had a mechanical problem, this can happen with classic vehicles. Donna was (at my request) in charge and swiftly informed us of the delay.
I was contacted by Mr Lymn, the proprietor and he apologised for doing so by email due to my living some distance away. He waived the cost of the floral tribute, which I felt was a generous gesture.
Lymn's is a highly respected Nottingham firm and they upheld the highest standards of professional conduct.

I cannot express how professional, considerate and respectful all the Team at Lymn's Beeston have been in the organising and delivery of services at my Wife's recent unexpected and tragic Funeral.
A very special thank you must go to Donna Conway,Donna supported me all the way through planning Wendy's Funeral,she knew the importance to me to have things done a certain way and Donna made sure that our Funeral was the best send off anyone could have had.
I have the upmost respect for Donna as she delivered my Funeral wishes with out fuss or question and would without question. I would recommend Donna to anyone requiring these services with out question.
It was a pleasure and honour to walk with Donna at the front of my wife's funeral procession.

I can't thank Donna and her colleagues enough for the care they showed me and my family during June Thorsby (my sister in law) funeral, it was a very traumatic time for us and their kindness and support getting us through all the process involved was so fantastic.

I would particularly like to express my grateful thanks to Donna Conroy for the very professional and sincere way in which she has dealt with the family and friends of Charles from start to finish. In all the arrangements and business that was required, her support has been of the highest order and she is to be commended on her warm and friendly manner. This has made a sad time all the easier to bare.

From the moment that Donna walked into our home we knew that our Dear Mam and the family were in safe, kind hands. She guided us through what could have been a distressing time with gentleness and kindness.
This has been the case throughout our dealings with Lymn's, and on the funeral day itself the kindness and gentle authority made us all feel secure, as did all of the driving staff.
Speaking on behalf of all the family i cannot commend highly enough the treatment we have enjoyed.

We used Lymn's for my dad's funeral 4 years ago and were so impressed by how they looked after my mum and the whole family that we chose them again when my mum died recently. They were so caring and supportive at such a sensitive time and made the whole process so much easier for us. They did everything they could to make it as least stressful as possible and always had time to answer any queries and support us. Plus they looked after mum and you really feel that they genuinely care. Thank you.

You were so sensitive and understanding at a very difficult time for us. Your attention to detail, support and respect for my Mum were very much appreciated.
I particularly liked some of the unexpected details that definitely weren't expected e.g. umbrellas to shelter us from the rain getting into the cars and signs for the back of the cars following us.
