I can't praise Edward Foxton enough, he stepped up and travelled down to Alnwick to get arrangements started as we had a window, when my son would be in the UK. He was proffesional, compassionate and caring, ringing me everyday to see how I was doing and to keep me updated. However on a not so good note, on the Monday after dads funeral, a man called Kevin from the Alnwick office rang me to say he had my mums ashes? And then when i went to collect my dads ashes on the Friday, I asked if I could have a bag to put the scatter tube in & Barry came back with a black bin liner! Which to be honest really upset me.
