From the moment we made contact we were met with professional, sympathetic, caring staff who couldn’t do enough to ensure we had the funeral we wanted for Mum.  Everything was taken care of & brought together without any problems whatsoever.  At such a difficult time, we couldn’t have wished for anything more.  As a family we are & always will be very grateful to all staff for their complete attention to every single detail that made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. The staff at The Coop funeral care were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and Roy guided us through all the arrangements personally with updates daily when needed.
Not having been involved in funeral planning before it was great to have Roy and his staff on hand to guide us through the formalities.
Pauline, the celebrant who presided over my mothers funeral was excellent and gleaned a picture from the three of us, as to what type of person my mother was and delivered an excellent picture of my mothers character..

From start to finish my Mother's funeral arrangements was dealt with to the highest level. I chose the CO-OP because of a previous funeral which they helped organise. Once more everything was done to the highest standards. Very dignified and respectful.
