Darley Funeral Directors are excellent. Hayley, Julie and the team went beyond the extra mile to sort our sons sudden death and subsequent repatriation. We were advised to expect a minimum 5 week time scale by The British Consulate. Darley Funeral Directors managed it perfectly and in a timely manner. Nothing could be finalised, until he was back in UK

Once repatriated everything seemed to fall into a seamless plan, with the minimum of fuss. We really appreciated the thoughtful responses to any queries we had & above all, felt our wishes were fully respected every step of the way.

What a fabulous team and a very respectful send off!

Hayley and her wonderful family are beyond a dream. They supported us and cared for my Dad so beautifully after he unexpectedly passed. Their love, understanding, patience and sympathy were something I'd never experienced before, and whilst organising my Dad's funeral was the hardest thing I've ever had to do in my life, somehow, Hayley and her family made everything feel OK. Hayley and her team are amazing and so welcoming and friendly. You can just let them know what you want and they will just get on with it. Their door is always open for a cuppa which is lovely. Would definitely recommend them.

We have used Darleys Funeral services recently. Hayley went above and beyond, only being a phone call away which was always communicated to us throughout. She sorted everything that needed to be done which took away the stress from our family at a very difficult time. The day of the funeral the Darleys team were so professional and very caring towards us, we are very grateful for their professionalism, care, support and advice throughout.

On contacting Darleys for the very first time we were instantly reassured, Hayley was so warm and compassionate and after that call we felt instantly at ease.  
Everything we had read seemed like such a minefield, with so many decisions to make, but we were gently guided through all the arrangements and once again felt so comfortable that Darleys had everything in hand. 
Hayley and the team kept in contact with us throughout and we were assured they were always on the end of the phone should we need anything. Everyone we came in to contact with at Darleys were exceptional and it truly felt like such a weight had been lifted.
Despite covid restrictions Darleys ensured our Dad had the service he deserved and everything was seamless.
We are so thankful to the whole team for making such a difficult time more manageable for us as a family.

Nothing was too much to ask and she made my dads funeral everything I could of hoped it had been.  People even left saying it had been the best funeral they had been too in a long time (which made me smile). My mother died from a short Illness and we contacted Hayley and her team prior to her death so it would be arranged for when the time came. Hayley was so professional and assured us Mum would be cared for after her death.  I had never handled a funeral before and Hayley talked me through the whole process with the upmost sympathy and respect. 
Mum was so well cared for and Hayley was always at the end of the phone when we needed her. The funeral was handled with such precision and professionalism and I could not have got through any of it without her. We wanted a family run business to look after our beautiful mum so we knew she would be well cared for and this is exactly what we got and more. 
I cannot recommend this team enough, my dad even pops in to see her now and then to say hello. She has become a family friend. Hayley and the team, we will always be grateful for all you have done for us and mum
