I would just like to say that we were delighted with the way Donnna organised and conducted the funeral of our Daughter Kate, bearing in mind that this was nearly all arranged by telephone as we live in France and she did every thing we asked the Coffin ,and music etc,she was was 100% professional in all aspects of the arrangements and treated us all with respect and dignity that is befit to such a ceramony in fact she is such a massive asset to the Coop Funeral service and runs the Gale Lane office once again very professionaly,Well done Donna and thank you once again for every thing. The people are so nice and nothing is to much trouble.  They took all the stress out of what is such as a sad time.  

From arranging the flowers, order of service, celebrant (which was superb) the care and kindness which was shown was excellent.  
Not being hassled with decisions,  made my life a lot easier to cope with at this time.  Well done.

I was very satisfied with the professionalism and caring nature of staff, especially Donna who dealt with most of my dad's funeral. I appreciated the calls to see if everything was going along okay during a difficult time. The funeral went off very well and the Celebrant, Fiona talked about my Dad as if she had known him. Co-op Funeral Care Acomb were very helpful when I was arranging my Mum’s funeral. After my initial visit to arrange the funeral they then contacted me on several occasions to ask if I needed anything else and the funeral itself went smoothly. I would certainly recommend them.
