The level of care for Dad on his final journey, as well as the care and support for us as a family was second to none.

I felt supported through a difficult time. A home visit from a friendly but professional young woman set out my options very clearly, so that I was able to choose the kind of funeral I wanted for my husband. I was kept up to date with phone calls between then and the day of the funeral. The actual funeral went exactly as planned, the flowers were beautiful, the cars were immaculate and after the service I was driven to the funeral tea. Two days later I was telephoned to say I could collect my husband's ashes and they were ready waiting for me at the funeral home in a lovely scatter tube.

Donna and all the staff at the Acomb branch are fabulous, they all went above and beyond for my fathers funeral. From my very first contact with them and all the way through to finally collecting my fathers ashes, I was treated with kindness, compassion and empathy. Nothing was too much trouble, everything down to the smallest detail was done with calmness and in a professional manner. All the stress and worry was taken off my shoulders, making this emotional time less difficult.

Service could not be faulted.Paying for the service was difficult as the phone call went to central point in Manchester and they hadn't answer ed after 30 mins so I hung up.I tried the Computer which took ages as I do not use this method of payment.I should have gone to the shop and payed person ally

Donna and staff, were brilliant, nothing was to much trouble, kept me updated on everything, each time I rang them they were such good help and understood what I was going though, they looked after my husband Stuart, and took wonderful care with him, for that I will be eternally grateful for. Even at the crematorium Donna was there for me and the family. Thank you for all your kindness.
