Standard Simple Funeral

Service includes:

This is what Co-op Funeralcare offer as part of their Simple Funeral:

They will remove your loved one from their place of death into their care within a 50 mile radius
If death occurs out of normal working hours, at home or in a care home, they will remove your loved one into their care, out of hours, at no extra cost
They will prepare, care for and dress your loved one in a gown to match the interior of their Basic Coffin
Your loved one will rest in their mortuary facility, or if required, a private rest room in their funeral home
You’ll be able to visit your loved one during normal working hours at no additional charge
They will transport your loved one from the funeral home to the crematorium or burial site in a ceremonial vehicle of their choice
On the day of the funeral, a wheeled bier will be used or the family can bear the coffin
They will make all necessary arrangements for a dignified funeral
Your funeral director will be there at the funeral to support and guide you through the funeral

Fantastic services from the Co-op nothing was too much trouble, gave their most honest advice and took great care of me whilst finalising arrangements my mam had started to make, they truly went above and beyond for me and most importantly took the most amazing care of my mum whilst she was with them and I felt at ease knowing my mam was safe there. Coleen is a treasure to the Co-op she is utterly incredible at her job and made the hardest time of my life that little bit easier. Thank you so very much.

The care Mum received from the beginning was above and beyond. The empathy from the staff, the patience, the organisation, the advice, the attention to detail. Picking up on small details which probably seems incredibly trivial to most be they knew how important it was for us, the way she looked, etc.
The care and support from everyone made such a painful time a little easier to manage. Thank you so much

We were very satisfied with the care we received from the funeral care at Guisborough they took good care of our mam whilst she was in there care.julie who came out to see us was very helpful in helping us plan our mams funeral.everything went well on the day.the only thing what we were unhappy with was the wreath of the dog poppy.we were of the understanding that it would be done with flowers on a green back ground.not a photo which is what they asked for.which was nice.but we would have her done in flowers
