Reception team were very professional, polite and thoughtful when dealing with requests. The Funeral Director Paige was lovely and always took the time to explain everything in full and was very helpful when i needed to make decisions or alter anything to ensure everything went as well as it could. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better director/team to assist me in such a difficult time.

Having spoken to different companies, I knew we would be looked after with Roseberry Funeral Service. We spoke to Tony initially who then continued to support us as our funeral director. Nothing was too much trouble and really did help us to create the perfect send off. They went above and beyond our expectations and as a family we cannot thank them enough. Highly recommend

Michelle was attentive from the very first phone call. She ensured everything was in place in the run up to the funeral. She answered emails quickly and had the answers to our questions. Michelle couldn't do enough for me and the family.

Representatives of the company from start to finish provided an exceptional service. Extra touches such as the delivery of a card and small floral display after our first meeting and the additional creative design to personalise the coffin were much appreciated. At such a difficult time it was both reassuring and comforting to have confidence in the people providing the advice and service for the arrangement of our family member's funeral. We found the team at Roseberry Funeral Services to be very friendly while still very professional and extremely smart in appearance.
