All was done as arranged after listening to our request for a simple cremation in accordance to my late wife,s wishes. I would recommend you to anyone, my only regret being that I could have given some thought to the matter prior to actually needing you. I was very impressed that you made sure I had considered everything carefully and provided an accurate and detailed estimate of cost.

This was obviously a difficult and sad time, however everyone that we met at Bartram's acted with compassion and professionalism. Dad's dignity was always uppermost. We were kept up to date with progress at all times. Advice was given when required and was useful.
They made a difficult time as good as it could be. The celebrant chosen for us proved to be excellent. Several friends and relatives who attended the service at the crematorium told us that they wished that their loved ones had departed with a service like that.
I will criticise if a service is lacking in any way. This service was not lacking and I extend my thanks to the Bartram's team. You did dad proud and supported my wife and I.
