Confusion at mortonhall. Never fully explained. 
The roses in the wreath didn’t seem fresh. 
Very disappointed that the company Lambs of Dalkeith, passed the funeral car at speed. 
Very disrespectful. 
As a minute later, it could have waited and went round the Gowklaymoss round about.

At such a sad time for our family, the staff within Penicuik, Muriel, Margaret and Alex the funeral director, made this time for us much more easier. Mum was looked after and when I went to see mum to say my goodbyes, she looked so at peace and not as stressed as I had seen her the day we lost her. Everyone e who we interacted with were amazing could not fault Scotmid in anything.

I am really impressed with the level of care I have received from Margaret and Muriel following the passing of my husband Robert. Everything went perfectly from Philip phoning the day before to explain what would take place on the day. He took special care of Robert, me and my family with compassion and respect. I couldn't have asked for anything better and it meant a lot to me and my family to feel special. Also a special thanks to John Jones for the service.

On an occasion like this we were very lucky that we knew the funeral arranger personally, which made it a lot easier. We were guided through all the procedures and as we wanted to conduct our own service she gave us all the help we needed. A lovely day celebrating the life of my wife, made so much easier with the help of our friend.
