This is what Co-op Funeralcare offer as part of their Simple Funeral:

They will remove your loved one from their place of death into their care within a 50 mile radius
If death occurs out of normal working hours, at home or in a care home, they will remove your loved one into their care, out of hours, at no extra cost
They will prepare, care for and dress your loved one in a gown to match the interior of their Basic Coffin
Your loved one will rest in their mortuary facility, or if required, a private rest room in their funeral home
You’ll be able to visit your loved one during normal working hours at no additional charge
They will transport your loved one from the funeral home to the crematorium or burial site in a ceremonial vehicle of their choice
On the day of the funeral, a wheeled bier will be used or the family can bear the coffin
They will make all necessary arrangements for a dignified funeral
Your funeral director will be there at the funeral to support and guide you through the funeral

The whole team at Moisters were caring , compassionate , professional , patient and supportive .
I live in North Yorkshire but the distance from there to Southport was never an issue they were extremely accomidating
I felt I could ring them at anytime , they guided me through what was an emotive process and I never felt alone .

Mike the funeral director, ladies within Moistures shop Sam and Chris and Paul the celebrant were all amazing , they helped our family through a very difficult time they where absolutely wonderful putting us at ease, any questions we had where answered as soon as possible.
Mums funeral I had planned for her was carried out perfectly!

Our Dad passed away when it was a very busy time of year and appointments at the Branch to arrange the Funeral were in demand. Kayleigh so kindly agreed to see us out of hours so went above and beyond.

Chris and Sam in the Branch were amazing - so helpful and kind and quick responses to any queries we had.

I couldn't have wished for a more kind and considerate team to deal with my lovely mum. Chris, Sam, the funeral director, Martin who conducted the service, they were all amazing.
Moisters dealt with my father's funeral as well. Dad died in the first few months of the COVID pandemic and they were just as kind with his arrangements.
Thank you to everyone involved for their humanity and the great respect shown towards both my beloved parents.
