All the people I dealt with respected my grieving and spoke about my late mother as if she was still a person which I appreciated

I’d would like to express my thanks for the kindness and compassion that Pearson Collinson showed me in helping me organising my dad’s funeral. I would like to particular thank Sharon for her support throughout the whole process, without Sharon I would have been more of wreck than I was. Her kindness, patience and suppprt was amazing. From our initial meeting with Sharon to the service that John gave to us on the day, we were made to feel individual and well cared for and therefore that mum was well looked after whilst in their care. 
Although no one is looking for one, I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who is need of their services.

Absolutely brilliant service from beginning to end. We chose a prepaid funeral plan for Mum and everything went like clockwork. All staff were perfect, helpful, courteous and respectful at every level.
