Denise, barry and the team were amazing, kind thoughtful and caring couldnt do enough to support us through. They went above and beyond thank you so much

Jennifer Vaughan 24th Jan 2022

I would like to Thank the Co-op team, for all the care and attention that was shown, to us at a very sad time, at the sudden death of our relative.  Every care was taken to provide an extremely efficient service, while at the same time being caring and thoughtful. Thank-you all once again.

Communication poor, not given full details of webcast features, luckily I asked the right question. Lost mums clothes, clothes specifically chosen by family members that held significant memories Still waiting for results of enquiry into what happened. What happened to mum and her possessions? Because mums clothes gone we MISSED 2 days of viewing mum in the Chapel of rest that left some family members not able to pay their respect Would not use again to big a business not personal service Felt disrespected manager said he would keep me updated but heard nothing Just a job My mum's later years had been marked with neglect. After things changed for the better for her we were delighted she was smoling again and treated with respect and dignity. To have all this happen to mum during our last family event is so disappointing we wanted everything to go smoothly
