Kilpatricks funeral care for my late husband David Newtons funeral on Thursday 21st December 2023 was every thing we hoped it would be. 
The whole staff team were sensitive, caring, respectful to my late husband and to the whole family. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Even their recommendation for the celebrant was exactly right.
It was truly a Celebration of his Life.and made a difficult time a little easier.

The personnel at Kilpatricks were both professional and supportive, giving us the time we needed to make our decision on the funeral plans and offering advice when requested. The civil celebrant offered by Kilpatricks really made the service itself a memorable one, by working with us to put the personnel touches to the service.

They were amazing from start to finish. Provided updates and answered any questions that I had. There was one lady, whom which I don't know the name of, who was very nice and so empathetic. Whilst it was such a very difficult time they were warm and I am so happy that I chose them to handle my mum's cremation.

From the beginning, over the telephone from Spain, and our first visit to Kilpatricks, I have been very impressed by the professionalism, care and empathy we have experienced. 
The staff (Lorraine in particular), left no “stone unturned” to help us through this very trying and emotional time. 
They (and others) took excellent care of my daughter, Kirsty. 
The proceedings provided on the day were faultless (directed by Karen).

The staff at Kilpatrick were amazing, from going in to see Lorraine sorting out the arrangements to visiting mum at the Chapel of rest to the funeral itself they were absolutely fantastic very caring. They looked after mum for her final journey
