OK until final invoice, the initial draft was for 2 limousines, later changed to 1 but apparently only verbally. So in my distressed state at the time, I didn't check final invoice when I signed and it had the initial 2 limousines on it.

The support we recieved from start to finish was more than expected. At such a traumatic stage in our lives, we felt our loved one was treated with the utmost dignity. The initial visit to discuss the arrangements felt daunting, but Louise was lovely and friendly and we felt at ease. They were very accomodating at offering a suitable date as we had a wedding that month and managed to arrange an earlier date. The celebrant also made sure we had time to make adjustments and it felt reassuring that he would step in if needed. My mum recieved the send off she fully deserved on the day. Felt like every stage was covered perfectly which was reassuring.
