The team were an immense amount of help. The people in the branch were kind and respectful and when the Order of Service booklet was not completed till very late, they were really helpful too. The members of the team who were present at the crematorium were wonderful too. I'd like to say a massive thank you to all concerned xxxxx

It is with a heavy heart I am forced to give an average rating instead of an excellent one.

The consultation and the day of the funeral went smoothly and could not have gone better. The directors were patient and attentive. The consultant was both empathetic, understanding and accommodating.

It was agreed for me to collect the ashes on the Saturday.
The day before collecting the ashes I went into the store to confirm the collection of ashes.
I was disappointed to find there were no arrangements made for this and the lady who I spoke to showed little to no sympathy or understanding of my grief and stress.
Because of this I was left feeling depleted and disappointed and therefore compelled to reduce my opinion of the service.

This isn’t a very personal service I was called on the day of my mothers funeral to be told her funeral went well the day before which was incorrect! Notified me of date via email absolutely no respect for customers or there loved ones
