From the very first phone call through to the day of the funeral itself, the staff at Albin's have been wonderful.
Their professionalism and care was a great comfort for all of the family at a very difficult time.
They are a class act and I can't thank them enough.

The whole experience of losing my Mum was extremely traumatic. However the warmth, kindness and support that we as a family received from Albin's was exemplary. From start to finish we were looked after and supported from booking in, to our many visits to see Mum. On the day of the funeral I would like to make a personal thank you to Danny who said he would be looking after us on the day and more than lived up to that. However. our biggest thanks go to Christine and Dawn from the Welling office who were absolutely unbelievable and without whom we would never have been able to manage. They both went above and beyond to make a terrible situation bearable for us and I really cannot thank them enough. They will be forever in our thoughts.

For anyone that has the heart breaking task of choosing a funeral directors services. I can honestly say look no further. From my very first encounter with Albin's through to the day of the service and even in the weeks that passed after, their team have been amazing. This isn't just a job and a service they provide, they genuinely care and guide you through the process of one of the hardest things you will ever have to do. We can’t thank Albin & Sons enough for all their help and support during this difficult time. Nothing was to much trouble. We have been using Albin & Sons for years and have always received such high standards. 

A special mention to Steve and Chris who from the very start gave us excellent service and support and help give our loved one an amazing send off.

We are so pleased that we chose Albin's (Welling) at what was a very traumatic time for all the family. Chris (Manager) talked us through each stage of the process with kindness, compassion and professionalism. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end and was entirely stress free thanks to Chris and her team. There is nothing more we can say except, "Thank you so much Chris. We will never forget the help and support that you gave us".

I have used other undertakers when my parents died but I can honestly say that FA Albins is in a different league.
They are true professionals who made a very difficult day much easier (especially with all the restrictions that are in place with Covid 19).I would like to thank the all team at Welling for all the kindness and respect that they showed my husband and family.

Thank-you so much for looking after my Mothers funerals. Even though I couldn't be there during the lockdown, I was informed by other members of my family how good the people were on the day and doing those extra things that just made the funeral. Particular comment from the family was the stop outside the Church and placing of a flower, as very special moment that the family really appreciated. Special thanks to Christine at the Welling office for her all help.

We used Albins because they were so professional, kind and respectful when acting for the coroner. So we chose them to direct my father's funeral. We couldn't fault them in any way - we have nothing but praise for how they handled everything particularly their sensitivity for difficulties arising out of the Coronavirus restrictions. We would like to extend our thanks to all of the people that helped us, but especially to Paul Rutherford who very kindly came and helped us again even though he had his own sorrows at the time.

Even the nice touch of driving past their shop to see staff bow when the hearse drove past was touching . I have been sitting here trying to find the most appropriate words to describe these Funeral Directors and all the staff they have working for them. (We used the Welling branch). If there was another level above first class, they would be at the very top of that level. The branch manager Christine met myself, my son and daughter at our appointment to discuss the funeral of my husband. She was the most compassionate and amazing lady. She went through all the details with us in a most concise and compassionate way and made us feel very at ease. She recommended Father Michael to do our service and advised us that he came highly recommended. He could not have been any nicer. It was an absolute pleasure to meet with him at our home to talk about my husband. He very much put us at ease with his excellent sense of humour, which we loved and felt he was the perfect choice to speak about my husband as when he was alive, he had a similar sense of humour so it seemed the perfect choice. Once the date was set for the funeral my daughter then went about sorting out the order of service and was in constant contact with Christine or Father Michael if needed. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very approachable. If we had any questions they and other members of staff were only too happy to help and steer us in the right direction. The day before the funeral I received a call from Christine who advised us how the day was going to unfold. On the day, I was met by George and his staff who were absolutely impeccably dressed and treated us with the utmost respect and professionalism that took my breath away. They dealt with every issue that arose i.e. flower cards that had been forgotten, they had duplicates which we could use, they were extremely calm put us all at ease and I am now going to refer you back to first class levels again!!! We arrived at the crematorium and we had asked if family could carry our coffin in. The guys were extremely kind and helpful as all the guys carrying our coffin were different heights!! The service could not have been better. Father Michael sounded as if he almost knew my husband and we were all so happy with the service. People are still sending us comments about F A Albin Welling and Father Michael and saying that the service could not have gone any better and we did my husband proud. I cannot thank this company and all of its employees enough. My husband's family were extremely happy with his send off and all of our friends too. Our funeral was at 11.00 am. We left The Seven Acre Sports and Social Club 10.00pm (which was where we held the celebration afterwards). As sad as it was it definitely felt like a celebration which my daughter was desperate to achieve. I highly recommend this company and all of its impeccably trained staff who provided a service with, in my opinion, levels off the scale.

Fabulous service by the Albins team from the moment I first called them, until my Uncle was buried. They were respectful, understanding, helpful, efficient and thorough. Christine's customer service skills were above the call of duty. I cannot recommend Albins enough.
