I cannot thank Albins enough for everything they did for me and the support they gave me in organising Ray’s funeral at what was an extremely difficult time. They are so professional and caring in what they do. In particular Dawn who was absolutely amazing, a wonderful lady who was always there for me. I can’t thank you enough. Albins have done both my parents funerals, I have to say there attention to detail is outstanding !! 
Jon and his colleagues are amazing and make a somewhat upsetting time in your life a whole lot easier by pretty much taking all the stress away to allow you to grieve with your loved ones. I not only have to thank Jon personally but Christine and Dawn at the Welling branch of Albins who were absolutely incredible with there patience, compassion throughout.
Outstanding service, thank you for everything.

Chris and Dawn cared for us at the Welling Branch and Steve and his team looked after us on the day. They were all extremely professional and at the same time very kind and anticipated everything we might need. They made everything so easy and kept us informed of progress as things went along and I took great comfort knowing that F A Albin were looking after my dear mother.

We were really impressed with Albins start to finish and they've helped us plan a fine funeral day for my beloved Mum.

The team at Welling were always excellent with Chris overseeing things and the funeral conductor on the day attentive ensuring that it delivered on just what we and the guests wanted.

I would not hesitate to recommend.

FA Albins were wonderful from start to finish they spoke to my mum to help he plan her funeral and didn't push any extras but listened to what she wanted. On her passing they were professional and compassionate. They made organising the day effortless and the personal touches they added were beautiful including Christine standing outside Albins as the cars drove passed and paid her respects ... George and the team on the day didn't rush us and couldn't do more for us. 100% would recommend.
