Francis & C Walters were excellent, from Pauline who dealt with my mums initial funeral plan and was very accommodating to my mums needs.

Through to Eve and Faryn in the premises and then Anthony at the actual funeral.  

They have dealt with both my parents funerals and we would highly recommend them.

The day itself went, surprisingly, without a hiccup mainly thanks to Rev'd Katherine, but the preparations for the day were both good and awful.
There seemed to be a greater care AFTER the event than before the event as feedback was requested too late. If only they had been more careful and conscientious BEFORE the funeral it may have been a more pleasant in the circumstances
I cannot recommend.

Eve And Adam at your Wanstead office were exceptional and under the current circumstances could not have made the whole family process of the funeral any better. They reflected a true caring throughout both mum and dads funeral which unfortunately was within a 12 week period. I cannot Emphasise the true professionalism both these people showed . I also would like to thank the rest of the team under Adams guidance also made the day truly the best mum and dad could wish for. This is a very sad time and having guidance through the process even at the smallest detail was truly fantastic

This was a very sad time for us as a family. I could not want for any additional support and guidance given by the team at Wanstead. In particular  Eve guided the family Through it was a very difficult time for us. Adam attended the service and lead the funeral party. I  highly recommend the service we had from both Eve and Adam truly professional organisation and thank you both very much. You’re very lucky to have them both in organisation.
