The Co-op Funeral Care offered an outstanding customer service at a really rough time in our lives.
The funeral arranger we dealt with, Lesley was very kind and understanding and really made things as easy as possible for us. 
The director n the day, Richard was fantastic, he explained everything really well and supported us well on the day.
Overall, we received a great service at a really horrible time in our lives and I know mum would’ve been pleased with the send off she received.

Firstly, Lesley helped a great deal - she listened and showed care. It made a sad event run smoothly, the whole team gave support on the day of the funeral and nothing was to much trouble. The whole team involved in Nigel's Huxted funeral was very caring and that made the funeral run smoothly.
