I found the staff at Tottenham Funeral care to be very professional, supportive and empathetic. Although, focused on moving the process forward, it was completed in such a sensitive and caring manner. The funeral service provided alleviated many of the associated stressors attached to the unfortunate requirements of the burial and grieving process. Service on the day of the funeral was very good indeed. The staff present were extremely pleasant and helpful, especially with working around mobility problems. Contacting the person in the office dealing with making all the arrangements was a little slow, although I suspect this is due to a lack of staffing rather than an individual staff member.

Totally impressed by the sensitivity, compassionate and methodical handling of issues surrounding obtaining a decent cremation for my late brother. Indeed issues that I did not understand were carefully explained to me. I am so pleased with all the services rendered that I would. It have any hesitation in suggesting that when the times comes and I am no more, I would be quite happy for Tottenham funeral care to handle my own burial or cremation also. I was very happy with the services received from.Pauline who my daughter dealt with most times,and sometimes Jacky when Pauline was busy,. This continued with Khadija the funeral Director and Paul who drove the first limousine . At such a sad time having people who genuinely cared made all the difference. My late sister Anne's funeral was carried out with emphathy and orchestrated
with great care and precision.
My family commentated how well it flowed and the kindness shown by the coffin bearers and especially Kadijah the Funeral Director.
I was informed how the coffin would arrive and asked what I felt and were the arrangements okay.
I was grateful to have these professionals working on my behalf to enable my family to focus on my sister's service.

Pauline and her team where wonderful and very supportive with myself and family during both losses of my husband and my mum.

When we arranged it I didnt like the way Jackie was with my mother my father was left for over a month in North mid it was only till I complained that I got Pauline who sorted every think out for me and was so lovely. The day of the funeral I have no complaints about as it went very well and the gentlemen was lovely who took my father to the crem as I said before I feel that Jackie has a lot to learn in the way she treats people and her communication skills is not up to standard with the job she is doing can not fault Pauline at all
