My fathers funeral was on the 10th December 2019 and every one at Albins was fantastic. They took all the stress of us and made the funeral stress free. On the day of the service they were so professional I would highly recommend this company. A special thanks to Micky at Sidcup who helps us from day one and also Darran and his colleges who help us on the day.

Unfortunately in the last few year I have had to arrange a number of funeral. I must say Albins were the most professional Funeral Directors I have used.
Should I need the service again I will be happy to use them and I will be sharing with people that need to know.

I felt that my loss became there's as Michael Thorpe at Sidcup led and guided us through the whole thing when loosing someone, no stone was left unturned as they looked after us all including my dear Mums remains, treating her and us with dignity and respect with much compassion.
The whole process was delivered with much professionalism and we cannot thank every one of them enough.

I would not consider using anyone else except Albins, their professionalism, empathy and kindness to all concerned is truly amazing.  Despite all the sadness a funeral brings Albins somehow makes it bearable and thankful at the same time.  The attention to detail for all their funerals is second to none.  Thank you all staff for being so kind and understanding.

My expectations of the service from Albins is high in the first place, they have been our family's choice for a long time, I've grown up seeing Albins in Bermondsey. My Mum passed away suddenly in 1999 , I was only 29 & it was mostly down to me to arange everything, Albins took care of everything, I cannot remember much of that time but I knew I was taken Care of.
In July of this year my Dad passed away after a long battle with dementia & then a short illness in hospital, his passing was a blessing as his & our suffering was too much to bear.
Sidcup is my local Albins now & I contacted them & spoke to Micheal Thorpe the manager, he gave us guidance & help from then on. The staff have the highest respect for the family & most importantly the deceased as after all it's their day.  I can only say that they gave my Dad the best & cannot fault the service from Albins, everyone was superb, in particular Mr Micheal Thorpe,
I would say he is an asset to your company, but you only have the best so that's why he's with you, so he is an asset to your industy.
Touches that stand FA Albins apart from others, as my Dad drove past the sidcup branch the staff came out & payed their respects to him, a simple gesture that swells my heart & my eyes with tears. That's the Albins way. Nothing is too much. I could have asked Micheal for a unicorn drawn carriage with John Wayne riding shotgun, it would never happen, but he would bloody well tried  to do it.! & then got something just like it:)

Sacha Ansell read my Dads eulogy & with her help & advise we put together a perfect service, her delivery was warm & humorous delivered with a simplicity which comes from the heart.
I again thank every one at Albins.
This level of service is only achieved by a team at the pinnacle of their business. With years of experience & the very best of people guiding them, my upmost respects to the Albins family & in particular Barry, RIP a dear friend to many, a true gentleman. X

Mickey made the hardest experience of my life more manageable.
He did not treat us like a customer but like family.
He was professional, caring and approachable.
I can not put into words how much I appreciate the way albins helped me through this horrendous time.

When losing a loved one, the preparations afterwards tend to become quite precarious. Michael Thorpe provided the perfect balance of professionalism and compassion when dealing with our needs. A very courteous company, that retain humanity within their delivery - this is one company that I would definitely recommend repeatedly. We received impeccable service all the way through and were touched by the sincerity of the staff and owners. Thank you.
