Excellent service every step of the way, very helpful and understanding. Lorenzo was great, he was very caring and kept me informed and helped me through the whole process. The day before John the senior director on the day, made sure I knew what to expect and Janine the celebrant, gave a wonderful service just perfect even though we hadn’t met and only spoke on the phone. Everything ran so smoothly. I would highly recommend H C Grimstead Funeralcare Ruislip.
