I think me and my brother had excellent service from Mr Mark Gill at the Ruislip office and also the Lady leader on the day of funeral and the day before contacted me which was good and Thank you for the service you gave

Mark who I dealt with in Ruislip was extremely helpful and took the stress and sadness of trying to arrange a funeral for my beloved mum off my shoulders. He asked me what I wanted and he did it all.

John, the funeral director and his colleagues were so professional and thoughtful on the day of mum's funeral. Everything went very smoothly. The respect shown to my mum and to me was wonderful.

Funerals are never an easy situation to face particularly for family and friends. Susan's funeral was handled extremely professionally with great care and dignity from the moment arrangements were made to the service itself.

I just thought that it would have been nice if Darren who we first meet in the shop that he followed through, as he did say we would actually be there at the funeral.
Unfortunately Mark seem to take over from Darren, although he was pleasant, i didnt think he had the same personnel touch, as Darren . Then at the actual funeral it was a different person a lady, who also very pleasant.

Following the loss of my mother we contacted Grimstead Undertakers to arrange my mothers funeral.
They were  very caring and  prepared to listen as opposed to other funeral directors we contacted.
They also provided a Celebrant to speak about mum & her life  .
The Lady who gave  the eulogy was excellent and we would have no hesitation in recommending using Coop funeral Directors in Ruislip .
